MEDIA POLICY AT EQUINE AFFAIRE

PRESS & MEDIA INQUIRIES FOR EQUINE AFFAIRE

If you are interested in conducting interviews or engaging in filming or photography during Equine Affaire, you must apply for press credentials at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. Press applications are available by emailing our marketing coordinator. Approved media personnel will be issued physical credentials, which must be visibly worn around the neck while on the premises. Approval will be granted at the sole discretion of Equine Affaire staff and can be revoked at any time.

INTERESTED IN TAKING PHOTOS OR VIDEOS AT THE EVENT?

Please note that Equine Affaire employs an Official Photographer and an Official Videographer for each event. Any activities that conflict with the services provided by our Official Media is prohibited, including providing galleries of images or videos taken at Equine Affaire (regardless of whether these are offered “for free” or for sale). If you intend to engage in any form of photography or videography at Equine Affaire or Fantasia, you must request a press application. Approval will be granted at the sole discretion of Equine Affaire and can be revoked at any time.

If you are a private client photographer or videographer, or if you are an exhibitor who would like to engage your own media staff, please email our marketing coordinator to request an application in advance of the event.
