The Fantasia will take place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 7-9, in the coliseum at the Eastern States Exposition. The doors will open at 6:45 each night; each show will begin at 7:30pm and last approximately two hours. Advance tickets for the Fantasia will be on sale July 10 through October 20. After October 20, Fantasia tickets will be on sale on a will-call basis through November 4. After November 4, any remaining tickets will be available at the Information Booth in the Better Living Center beginning at 9:00am on Thursday, November 7.

All Equine Affaire attendees (other than those camping on the grounds) should access the Eastern States Exposition at Gate 9—the “main gate” off of Memorial Avenue at the east end of the facility. Attendees who require handicapped parking spaces or who are camping on the grounds should enter through Gate 1 off of Memorial Avenue at the west end of the facility in order to access the handicapped spaces and various camping areas.

The Eastern States Exposition manages parking and camping on the grounds. The daily parking fee will be $5, and four-day passes allowing quicker re-entry to the event will be available for $20.

No Pets Permitted
We love our pets as much as you love yours. However, we cannot make any pets welcome at Equine Affaire. To maintain a professional environment in the trade show and educational venues and ensure the safety of all event participants, we do not allow any pet inside any building at Equine Affaire—including the barns. Please do not bring a dog or other pet to the event which may be obliged to spend the day locked in your vehicle during hot or inclement weather.

Firearms of all types are prohibited on the grounds of the Eastern States Exposition. Please do not bring any firearm, concealed or otherwise, to the event.
