Exhibiting at Equine Affaire^®

A very high percentage of exhibitors in Equine Affaire’s trade show renew their spaces from year to year, so opportunities to participate in this popular feature of Equine Affaire are somewhat limited. We make every effort to ensure that our trade show features a broad range of quality equine and equestrian-related products and limit the number of vendors within each product category both to enhance the variety of products featured and to control competition between vendors with similar product lines. To begin the process of contracting for exhibit space at Equine Affaire, please complete and submit an Application & Contract for Exhibit Space and a Product Summary with the appropriate deposit. Once we receive your completed paperwork and deposit we’ll review the exhibit spaces available to identify a location that will meet your needs.
