The results are in! The title of “Champion” at this year’s Versatile Horse & Rider Competition, sponsored by Nutrena, was awarded to Jason Charles and Ms. Whiz It yesterday in the coliseum. The pair scored 69 points and finished the course in 5 minutes and 6 seconds.

It was a tight race for the top five, and second place went to Lindsey Partridge and Trivia Time with a score of 61 points. In third place was Luke Reinbold riding Lonetree Set Free with a score of 60. Scoring 59 points to finish fourth was Brenda Hanson and PVF Frosted Ace. Rounding out the top five in fifth place was Paige Garcia atop KC with 58 points.
