Booth Rental

Rental of an exhibit booth in the Better Living Center, Young Building, Mallary Complex, and the Stroh Building includes:

• 8' back and 3' side booth drapes*
• an exhibitor name sign*
• exhibitor badges
• a listing in the show program
• a listing on the Equine Affaire Web site
• exhibitor area parking passes

*This amenity is not available to bulk space exhibitors, where space has been purchased by the square foot (1,000' minimum) at a slightly reduced rate.

Horse clubs, horse sport associations, horse councils, and other equine related organizations with non-profit status may receive discount on booth rentals in the Better Living Center or the Young Building.  A pre-discounted rate is also available to these exhibitors in the Stroh Building. 

Please note: "Sharing" or "subleasing" exhibit space is expressly prohibited unless pre-approved by Equine Affaire, Inc. The contract of any exhibitor who violates this policy will be cancelled without refund.

Bulk Space Rental

Rental of bulk space includes: 

• exhibit space (no draping)
• exhibitor badges
• a listing in the show program
• a listing on the Equine Affaire Web site
• exhibitor area parking passes 

Bulk space rates are available only in the bulk spaces designated on the layouts of the Better Living Center, Young Building and Mallary Complex & Arena and only for exhibit spaces of 1000 square feet or more.

Exhibitor Services

• Daily aisle cleaning and trash removal
• Standard pipe and draping and booth signage
• Show security on-duty 24 hours a day
• Meeting rooms for association and/or business gatherings
• Full range of decorating services and equipment rental including carpet, furniture, lighting, and electrical service
• Complete shipping and drayage services for exhibit materials
• On-site package shipping service during show hours
• Morning hospitality for exhibitors
• Exhibitor badge check-in and check-out service
