Admission Tickets to Equine Affaire and the Fantasia

General admission to Equine Affaire includes all clinics, seminars, and demonstrations and admission to the Versatile Horse & Rider Competition. Adult admission also includes a free souvenir program (while supplies last). All sessions are “open admission” no registration is required.
Advance ticket sales will begin on December 5th. Save time at the gate by purchasing your tickets in advance and using the “advance ticket lane” at Gate 3 to enter the show.
Daily and four-day tickets will be sold at the entrance gates on 17th Avenue at the Ohio Expo Center beginning at 8:30am on each event day. If you enter at Gate 2, you will be able to purchase tickets for all event days on the first day of arrival at Equine Affaire. Sorry, ticket sales are “cash only” at the event.
TICKETS TO THE FANTASIA
A separate ticket is required for admission to Equine Affaire’s signature musical celebration of the horse, the Fantasia, which will take place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30pm in the coliseum; doors will open for seating at 6:45pm. This special equine musical review will feature a star-studded lineup of professional equestrian performers and exceptional horses choreographed to a wide variety of musical styles. The 2017 Fantasia promises to be an evening of entertainment you won’t want to miss!
Tickets to the Fantasia are $14, $18, $22, or $25 (plus a $2.75 shipping/handling/selection fee per ticket). Advance tickets for the Fantasia can be purchased online or by calling Equine Affaire at (740) 845-0085 Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern through March 30, 2017. Tickets purchased through March 22nd will be mailed prior to the event. Fantasia tickets purchased after March 22nd and through March 30th will be available on a will-call basis. These tickets will be available for pick up at the coliseum box office on the day of the performance. Any tickets not sold in advance will be available for purchase at the Information Booth in the Bricker Building at Equine Affaire beginning at 9:00am on Thursday, April 6th.
**Club, organization, and association discounts are available for Thursday night’s Fantasia!
Organizations purchasing 12 or more Fantasia tickets for Thursday, April 6th may secure tickets in Tier 3 for $10 per ticket (a savings of $4/ticket)! Act quickly! This discount is available only until March 1st. Payment must be via one check. Contact Equine Affaire for further details and to facilitate your order at (740) 845-0085.

Please note: There are no refunds on the purchase of tickets to Equine Affaire or the Fantasia. Admission to any Equine Affaire event is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission or removal from the facility at management’s discretion upon refund of the ticket purchase price.
