Fantasia Dates & Hours
The Fantasia will take place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, April 6th, 7th, and 8th in the coliseum at the Ohio Expo Center. The coliseum will be cleared at the end of the last clinic and doors will re-open at 6:45 each night; each performance will begin at 7:30pm and last approximately two hours.

ACCESSING THE EVENT AND PARKING
All event entrances will be on 17th Ave. on the north side of the Ohio Expo Center; 11th Ave. gates on the south side of the facility will be closed. On Thursday through Sunday you can drive through the main gate (Gate 3) and park on the south side of 17th Ave. On Friday and Saturday you will also have the option to park in the large lot on the north side of 17th Ave. and walk through pedestrian Gate 2 near the Bricker Annex. On Friday and Saturday there will be a free shuttle running between the north parking lot and Gate 2. If you park on the south side of 17th Ave. you will exit this lot via Gate 4 on 17th Ave. at the northeast corner of the lot. The Ohio Expo Center campground is on Korbel Avenue on the west side of the north parking lot.

Please Note: Gate 1 on 17th Avenue at the west end of the facility will be an exhibitor entrance and should not be used by attendees.

The Ohio Expo Center will charge for parking: $7/entry or $20/four-day pass

NO PETS PERMITTED
We love our pets as much as you love yours. However, we cannot make any pets welcome at Equine Affaire. To maintain a professional environment in the trade show and educational venues and ensure the safety of all event participants, we do not allow any pet inside any building at Equine Affaire—including the barns. Please do not bring a dog or other pet to the event which may be obliged to spend the day locked in your vehicle during hot or inclement weather.
