Water hook ups are weather permitting. Check out time for all camp sites is 10:00am. There is no advance registration. The campgrounds will open to the public at 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 8. Please note that anyone camping on the grounds will be required to pay admission fees for all remaining event days from the date of arrival and will be issued a camping armband.

Camping Fee and Admission Fee Refund Policy:
Checkout time from the campground is 10:00am. If you leave the grounds before 10:00am, you may receive a refund from the Eastern States Exposition for camping fees paid for unused nights. You may also receive a refund from Equine Affaire for days for which you paid admission at the time of arrival, but will not be at the event. To receive refunds, you will need to leave the grounds by 10:00am and go to see the ESE parking supervisor at the office trailer located at the Gate 9 vehicle entrance at the east end of the grounds. You will be required to turn in your camper hangtag and your camping armbands to receive appropriate refunds of fees paid.

Water Weather Permitting:
Water will be available weather-permitting. It is possible that water will be off at individual sites if the Eastern States Exposition deems it necessary. There are four locations on the property that will have running water where people call fill their camper bladders. (1) location outside door 8 of the Better Living Center, (2) locations near the wash racks at Mallary South, and (1) location near the Operations Department.
